we can handle the registration for you for.
We can register your domain for $11.95 per
year. Or if you prefer, you can register
the name yourself for $8.75 per year here
and transfer it to our nameservers. |

What if I already have a registered
Domain name? |

You
have to change the DNS Servers so that your
site can be activated on our servers.
It usually takes 24 - 72 hours for your
site to resolve to our servers. We
will email the server names when you sign
up for an account. |

How do I place an order? |

order an account, simply visit our order

How long will it take to set up
my account? |
|
Your
account will usually be ready within 24
hours for uploading via your IP address.
It does take up to 72 hours for your name
to resolve to your site. In the meantime
you use your site via your IP address and
username/password. |

What happens after I order an account? |

We
will set up your account within 24 hours
of payment, usually the same day if ordered
by 6pm PST. Our hosting service works on

What is your uptime guarantee? |

network and server uptime service level. This
uptime percentage is a monthly figure, and
does not include any scheduled hardware/software
upgrades, nor "Acts of God". Our
definition of "Act of God" includes;
fire, flood, tornado, earthquake, telco fiber
issues (ie...Verizon™ cutting a fiber
line somewhere), backbone peering point issues
(ie...Sprint™ having a router go down
in Virginia that wipes out internet service
for the entire East Coast), hard drive failure
(faulty hardware is rare, but cannot be predicted
nor avoided), as well as network floods, hacks,
and attacks. |

What if there is less than 99.5% uptime
in a month |

DeluxeServer™ fails to meet it's 99.5%
uptime guarantee, and it is not due to one
of the above reasons, partial downtime credits
will be made available to each client, upon
request, on a case by case basis. "Partial
refunds for partial downtime" is our
standard policy. |

Can I use JAVA and Active X? |

Yes,
you can use compiled JAVA applets and ActiveX
components. |

What if I need more bandwidth? |

problem! Simply contact us to upgrade to the
next account. Otherwise additional bandwidth
is $4 per GB. |
